We’re already excited at the prospect of Global Underground’s return next month to one of the world’s best clubbing destinations – Miami. We’ll be back in the city that gave us Danny Howell’s amazing GU027 mix for the 25th annual Winter Music Conference, where the entire global dance community converges for a week of huge parties, laid-back poolside networking and a heroic lack of sleep.
GU’s WMC parties are already the stuff of legend (as much for the famous free bar as the chance to see a selection of our star DJs in action) and we return to a tried and tested GU favourite club, the Mynt Lounge, right in the thick of the action on Collins Avenue.
The venue is very Miami plush, not too big but definitely not too small. Perfect. GU touches down on Wednesday 24th March with our lifelong friend Darren Emerson leading the charge. New recruit Wally Lopez joins him, as does last year’s Nu Breed sensation Sultan and local house music hero Stan Kolev.
